IndiaZaar Carnival will be on 14 & 18 May!!! [Monday & Friday]*ALL student leaders, Leos, CEC are to report to the I-Space on Monday morning at 6.45am!!!!*Please bring your school tie for ALL.*Leaders, please confirm with your members their duty and what will they be having on Monday etc. [they must know their duty etc*Last day for Thanksgiving Lunch ticket will be on Monday.Venue:Carnival [Stallholder etc] – Kosi Corner Level 3- Leo Club [snack bar etc]- Student Leaders [Test tube etc]both @ 1.45pm till 5pm ONLYMovie Marathon – MPR only- CEC @ 3pm till 6pmHaunted house – I-Space- Student leaders @ 2.30pm till 5pm ONLY.8am – Reporting time @ kosi corner for ALL [include haunted house, movies marathon & stallholder] for set up. There will ve a VIP from Minister will inspect.12.45pm till 1pm – Report @ kosi corner for launching ceremony [GOH – Mrs. Grace Chua & Mr. Jega]* Student who is involve in the haunted house as well as movie marathon, please get the venue set up starting from 1.45pm after student being dismiss from class.4.45pm – Pack up for stallholder & haunted house. [Last group for haunted house]5.45pm – All shows [movie marathon] have to be end.6pm – Debrief at Alumni room.Information centre – Alumni room [1.45pm till 6pm]Inter-house game will be excused.Student who will be going for learning journey will ONLY report at 1.45pm at the Kosi Corner immediately.Labels: Muthu
