Hi SLs. Just a few issues to take note:
1. Paper Crane project-
like what darylene tagged, All SLs are to meet in the MPR on tuesday( 2/9/2008) in theMPR room for the paper crane project.Tentatively just report in half U. if there is any changes we will inform you. Those who cannot make it please inform Darylene or me.
Please bring unwanted magazines as well. as many as you can. :)2. Teachers' Day-
I just want to thank all of you for the efort you all have put in for this year's teachers' day. Give yourselves a round of applause *claps* I am proud of you all for the excellent service and hardwork. :)
3. Envisioning Excercise-
This thursday there is an envisioning excercise with Mrs Chua. Registration starts at 1.30pm and please be seated by 1.50 pm. The excercise starts at 2pm and ends at about 4.30pm. There will be food and lots of fun, according to Mr Soon. Also the EXCO list will be out on thursday. We will give you further details.
Bring along ZO cards( those free postcards you find around singapore) for one of the activities. :)4.Holy Innocents' High Teen Conference-
SLs who participated in this conference, do remember what you have learnt and apply into the council. Share with the other SLs what you have learnt. Do Not keep it to yourselves.
5. During the first week of school, the 3 presidents and some other SLs will be going on a service learning trip to Vietnam. Please take note that the Acting President is Karen and the Acting Vice Presidents are Shamien and Jovina. Look to them if you have any questions.
6. Lastly, Lets keep the Leadership Spirit going. you all are doing a good job. keep it up leaders :)

Hi i am back again. decided to regulate this blog so that it won't be dead. haha.
1. This thursday all SLs are needed for the teachers's day rehearsal. try and make it. leaders who cannot go please inform any of the presidents for the reasons.
2. SMU people i hope you all remember what you learn and apply them in SLC yea. our VISION :)
3. Vietnam trip people remember that tomorow( tuesday 26/8/08) there is another briefing ok in MPR at 2.30pm ok? i don't think there will be assembly due to prelims.
4. Lastly, I just want to make it known that all the sec 2 SLs are my children :) and i will still do my best to help you all and please, do show some respect to the sec 3s yea? they are here to guide you all and share with you their experiences.

Hey SLs. just here to post the first post for this batch of leaders.:)
yes we had a CT meeting today, and i want to thank you all for identifying issues and help think of solutions to these problems. Just want to assure you guys that we will do our best to bring about the solutions you guys have suggested yea?
Ok, serious business is that
1. SMU leadership network is this saturday 23th August from 8am to 1pm. please meet at 6.45am at AMK mrt.
2. Discipline commitee, your meeting is postponed to next week. Come and tell me which day you 2 can make it and get back to me. treasurers' commitee, we need to meet up soon to talk about the new system.tell me when you all can make it as well.
3.Morning meeting timing, as what kasturi has suggested, will be at 7.15am instead. Outside general office. people reporting should be seeing me, winarti, or wenzhen.
4.Remember we talked about credibility of the leaders today? i hope you all do remember your pact about the food in class thing.set the standard yeas :)
5. for the discrimination incident, i assure you that this batch of leaders will NOT discriminate against people regardless of race, language, religion, or stream especially. We will treat everyone equally, except for SL fund situation for FAs leaders. we will work with sean for the cycle of duty system
any more problems, please look for any of the presidents and feel free to voice out your opinions. remember that SLC is about everyone being united as one body :) Oh ya, i was thinking, lets have a SL games day after the exams. what do you all think? ;)
