Secondary 1 Orientation 2009!
Hey guys, i bet everyone is excited about the upcoming event,yep, the sec 1 orientation 2009,our first project for the new year! Whoo hoo~Okays, back to topic, here the information you will need on Friday:Date: 2 January 2009
Reporting Time: 0615 [Excos] 0630 [All leaders including the incomings]Report at: The Netball courtAttire: Full School uniform, all should be in appropriate length
- SL tie for current leaders
- School Tie for the incomings
- Hair to be neatly tied and clip up for girls, no colour for all
- Guys with long hair, please trim them by Friday
- Pure white shoes and socks
- Socks to at least cover your ankle joint
- Fingernails to be cut
- For girls, ear studs' diameter should be within 0.5cm
Also,- Attire Check will be done by our discipline com right after attendance taking, so please be ready by then.
- Briefing will be done shortly after checking.
- For those involved in the orientation, all personal belongings are to be placed in your own classroom. We will be only joining our class for the first periods, so don't have to bring any text books(:
- Name tags will also be distributed on Friday. [Ai wei! our names are spelled correctly!!]
- Shamien, remember to bring the badges money~
And, if there's any question, or if i missed out anything, please leave a tag, I'll add it in :D
PUNCTUALITY is the very first value that a leader should have.
So, be responsible with yourself, and don't be late!

Hi Councillors,
there will be a trial run for the orientation on th 29th ya?
time will be from 9 to 1pm, we will be doing the trial for the 1st day of orientation.
and on that day the badges will MOST probably arrive. so oh well, thats all
2009 is coming soon, sec 4s to be are going to become old birds soon :P

Ok, this post is for EXCOs. Regarding the Sec 1 orientation information, we need to gather all the info quick to do up the proposal. So may i request that the EXCOs in charge of the respective sectors give the required info to darylene before 15th december?
Required info:
1. who is in charge of what ( i am sure you all should know right?)
2. Time duration of each activity
3. design of orientation tee
4. Deployment of leaders
5. misc. info ( number of people, etc)
feel free to add on, and it is by 15th December.

Guys, we got a piece of bad news that probably everyone knows.
Alumni Camp 2008 is cancelled.
well, i know that it is a tradition to have an alumni camp annually and the old birds are also upset due to this event. Mrs Chua disapproved the camp because the proposal was sent in late and some other admin problems. So, sorry guys.
but hey, don't let this get to all of you. We don't need a camp to prove to our old birds that we can do it. Let's make all of them proud no matter what. we will stand as a council, and fall as one. through thick or thin we will stand together alright?
